They seem to have done decent work- aside from the strange need to use My oil funnel to add coolant to the radiator, and the apparent need to roll several miles on my odometer..

Always great service with complimentary beverages and great conversations while waiting….and they do speak “girl code” for us daddy girls that just get in our cars and just drive.

Took my Mercedes, that I was thinking of purchasing at the time, to a local european “specialist” shop and was told the car needed $2000 of work. Brought it to B&B, who have done major work on my 2 other cars, and was told all it needed was an oil change. Discussed all the other work the specialist shop said I needed and George gave me reasons why it was not necessary. Honest, great technical work and stand behind it. This why all my cars are worked on at B&B. I trust them.

First of all I would like to say that I've lived here in bryan for all of my life over 50 years and have passed by this auto shop for many years called B and B automotive and never visited this automotive shop until just recently had mechanical issues with my pickup truck took it to several mechanic shops to diagnose the problem and they couldn't they only guessed the problem so I decided to take it to B and B automotive and while speaking with this guy on the phone name Craig I explained to him the issue I was having with my pickup truck and he plainly told me what the issue probably was and guess what Craig was exactly 💯 percent right so not only hat's off to Craig but hat's off to B and B automotive they got my vehicle repaired and back on the road again once again thank you Craig and B and B automotive you guys are awesome and in my book you guys are a 10 star rating and I can't wait to do business with you guys again

I took my vehicle to the local dealership of the same make here in town, as one of the issues was potentially a cause of their own prior work. They said they had nothing to do with the leak-issue, and it wasn't covered under warranty, but proceeded to go through a litany of "issues" that needed addressed with my vehicle, totaling over $5,700. I told them I could not afford that at this time and took my vehicle to B&B Automotive for a second opinion. They quoted me what actually needed to be done to my vehicle (not just guessing and adding), fixed my vehicle in one day, and saved me over $5,000! B&B Automotive will get all of my business in the future. When you find honest and professional mechanics, you hang on to them.
