After experiencing frustration with another shop, I took my Volvo to B&B (who came highly recommended). What a wonderful experience! Abel walked me through the necessary repairs and costs. I NEEDED TO KNOW WHY MY AC WASNT BLOWING,BUT ALL LIGHT ON PANEL SHOWED IT HAD POWER...THEY DID A FULL DIAGNOSTIC, AND TOLD ME OTHER ISSUES WITH MY TRUHC...THEY WERE VERY CONCERNED THAT IK THE PROBLEM AND WAYS THEY COULD/WOULD ASSIST ME...GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...THEIR MY NEW GOTO CREW WHEN IT COMES TO MY VEHICLES...THANKS GUYS💪🏿💪🏿

B&B were very thorough in their assessment of my vehicle. I love the pics they sent with the work to be done. It was a simple process to accept or decline the work that was needed. They weren’t trying to push unnecessary work on me and gave a full explanation of what was needed to be done and why. George kept me informed of timeframe for completion. It was a great experience. I will definitely be back.
