Live-savers. Accommodating, friendly and understanding. 92 percent of any bad reviews you MIGHT have seen (idk I haven’t read any of them) are most likely an uninformed Nancy. The cost of living ain’t cheap but these guys are worth your hard earned money and they value your time like no other shop I’ve experienced. I would recommend B&B to anyone and everyone in BCS.

From the moment I walked in the door I could tell this place was something special. I overheard the manager talking on the phone to a customer, giving her the estimate about the repair work that needed to be done. He gave her a full explanation of exactly what needed to be done and why. He wasn’t pushy at all. He was giving information and leaving the decision to the customer. I left my vehicle with them and had a list of things that needed to be looked at. BEFORE I left, they had given me an estimate of what it was going to cost. We went through it item by item. There were a couple of things that weren’t worth the cost to have it looked at, so I told them. Without any debate they scratched it off the list. The way I was treated was with the utmost politeness and respect. The way the team there treats one another was with the utmost politeness and respect. Honestly, I don’t know if I’ve ever seen such a high caliber operation. I will be taking my vehicles there from now on.

I was so pleased with this visit to B&B. As usual, they could check my vehicle on the day I brought it in. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and I was contacted about what needed to be done. Their new tech system allows text communication and approval of repair making the process faster and efficient. Even though it was late in the morning when contacted, the technician stayed with the repair until he was finished which meant he stayed after hours! I was content to get my car on another day, but the dedication of B&B is to get the job done. I have been a long time customer, and will continue to be so. The guys at B&B are trustworthy, capable and all-around good folks! You can trust your vehicle to B&B!
