I had the awful DEF system issue that is well known in the Colorado Duramax community. I will preface this with: the dealership wanted $498 and 5 days before they could touch my truck. B&B let me drop it off over night. I initially was dealing with Gary over the phone. Super great guy. He was accommodating and told me where I could do overnight drop off, and quoted me some prices over the phone. (More reasonable than the dealership). They got to work immediately on my truck. Diagnosed the problem, and the technician did a 60pt inspection. The technician went through and made PDFs and videos of everything he tested and what was wrong. Which I appreciate. My truck had gone into limp mode and the technician located the bad sensor, got it replaced and had me back on the road in a few days. Abel was the gentleman I spoke with on the back end. Again. Extremely kind and accommodating. He took over the phone payment while I was out of town at work and helped me be able to pick my truck up after hours with their convenient lock box for after hour pickup. I am new to the area, but will absolutely use B&B if I have anymore issues with my truck that is over my head. Thanks again y’all! -CJ

Oil change they were nice and professional. They we’re finished changing my oil within 45 minutes was well pleased. Then I had a gift they left on my seat that said thank you for your business. I would recommend B&B Automotive to family and friends hands down.
