3 years ago I gave this shop a 5 star rating. When my wife had some issues with her car, I didn't hesitate to check with B&B on the issues. We will never be back. We were charged a diagnostic fee which wasn't disclosed up front. That isn't the big issue. We were quoted nearly $1200 for repairs that appear, now, to be totally unnecessary after we got secondary opinions. We are of the opinion this shop tried to rip us off. Not only did the car not need their recommended repairs, their estimate was about $500 more than a dealer estimated doing the same repairs. VERY disappointed.
Jerry, Firstly I would like to say thank you for the previous 5 star review, and apologize for the difference in your experience with your Ford Edge this time. I am very curious as to where we miscommunicated with you and failed on our end. I apologize we did not communicate the testing fee with you up front. That was clearly a failure on our part and your feedback on this will be a great learning tool for our staff in the future. As the cost issue is concerned I would like to ensure the needed repairs were communicated to you properly and costs were seperated between the two repairs suggested for your vehicle and why they are neccesary.
