3 years ago I gave this shop a 5 star rating. When my wife had some issues with her car, I didn't hesitate to check with B&B on the issues. We will never be back. We were charged a diagnostic fee which wasn't disclosed up front. That isn't the big issue. We were quoted nearly $1200 for repairs that appear, now, to be totally unnecessary after we got secondary opinions. We are of the opinion this shop tried to rip us off. Not only did the car not need their recommended repairs, their estimate was about $500 more than a dealer estimated doing the same repairs. VERY disappointed.

Jerry, Firstly I would like to say thank you for the previous 5 star review, and apologize for the difference in your experience with your Ford Edge this time. I am very curious as to where we miscommunicated with you and failed on our end. I apologize we did not communicate the testing fee with you up front. That was clearly a failure on our part and your feedback on this will be a great learning tool for our staff in the future. As the cost issue is concerned I would like to ensure the needed repairs were communicated to you properly and costs were seperated between the two repairs suggested for your vehicle and why they are neccesary. B&B always performs a comprehensive vehicle inspection to alert me of potential problems. I have trusted them with my vehicle maintenance and repairs for years. They have never overcharged or suggested unneeded repairs, and the price quoted is the price you'll pay. This is a great, competent & honest shop!

I am new to Bryan, and had to get a new engine put in my car. I saw several recommendations for B&B on Facebook and saw that they had a good reputation with high reviews so I decided to go there. They have certainly lived up to their reputation and exceeded all of my expectations. The work on my car was top-notch, and Their customer service is, bar none, the best I have ever experienced. Put your mind at ease and go to these professionals. They will take care of you and your car with stellar expertise.

I was explained how important certain repairs were and explained what goes into the repairs. I do understand how a car functions, but I am not a mechanic. Do having someone explain what is going on and how difficult it is to go in and fix it gave me appreciation of the problem and the work that goes into the fix. I did pay pretty pennies, but understood why. And there's a 3 year warranty on all the hard work. My car ran ragged before I brought it in and after it runs smoothly. It's been a week and I hav had no issues. I would go back.

Update! Still blown away at the attentiveness & professionalism Abel displayed while resolving our concerns completely. Everything was resolved & we have no concerns returning to B&B for our future automotive needs. And, I will recommend this business to others! Stay tuned for an update from me but so far so good! My daughter took her vehicle to B&B on a recommendation from a family friend. First time...we were very satisfied. No concerns at all. Second time....probably close to a year later.....we did have concerns BUT when we called and talked to Abel (service manager) he listened, showed concern, did his own assessment of the situation, returned our calls promptly, offered suggestions for the future but ultimately offered a solution that we were all comfortable/happy with. We will return my daughters car to B&B next week and then I will try to update this review or post a new one. So far I am very pleased with the service & professionalism!!
