Bryan Auto Repair

I live out of state. Was recommended by a friend who lives locally to have my car towed here for diagnosis and repair. Prior to bringing the vehicle to Bryan a similar incident occurred to the vehicle. I was expecting the repair to be quite pricey. From the moment the car arrived at the shop the communication from the advisor/mechanic was FANTASTIC. They texted me or called me with every update. (i live 1000+ miles away from Bryan and was doing this all remotely). They provided in detail the steps they would perform and how much each step would cost. They validated i would accept the step and proceeded. The car was finished in a completely reasonable amount of time. When the repairs were complete, they called me to go over the bill and go over all steps in the process to repair. They recommended other services which i could perform, but were not pushy about it. This here is totally key. They didn't push anything hard. They stated that i due to milage on the car i may want to consider. When i informed them these had been performed within the last 3000 miles they took me at my word and let it be. No pushy sales, no unnecessary add-ons. They simply fixed what needed to be fixed and then arranged transportation to pick up the car. I could not ask for better service from a mechanic whose shop is 5 minutes from my house, much less 1000 miles. A less reputable shop could have taken me for a ride. These folks didn't. 100% i would have my vehicle serviced here again. TOTALLY recommend

We have always used B&B and will never go anywhere else. Service has always been great and staff is also very friendly. They're a family own business and will take care of you just like you are part of their family. I would have given a five star but this last time I was in for an oil change they usually vacuum your vehicle with it. Well they did not vacuum it, just a small neglect. Won't stop us from using them because they are good and honest people. Wanted them to know this because the little things do matter and your customers appreciate them. Thank you guys for all you do. Every person we talked to were very nice, knowledgeable about what needed to be done based on the symptoms we described, and thorough when explaining the work that was done. The work was done quickly and completely and at a reasonable price.
