Good morning, sorry for the late response back. I would like to say, that you have gained a new customer. The reason is your great customer service by Russ. Russ has a great attitude, he was very polite and up front and to the point. He told me what the cost was going to be to get my van repaired. When I dropped my van off to get it fixed, a few days later I returned to pick it up, I noticed that something was not right about the van when taking it home. I called Russ the next day and reported that my oil pressure gauge was not working, and I could not get my front engine hood up to also check my heater fan that was not working. Early the next morning my front windshield was iced over and I could not get my heater to come on.. Russ asked me to bring it by the shop and he will have it checked out. In which I did right after work, Russ offered me a loaner car in which I had for 2 days. I just want to say once again to the Staff at B&B automotive services thank you. Oh yeah I forgot to mention that I was overcharged and I brought it to Russ and Managements attention in which they wrote me a check for the amount. (This is how you keep your customers coming back, do the right thing.) Great customer service, being polite and honest and being very helpful.
