Took my car for a basic tune up and inspection prior to a cross country move. After a few days at the shop we were getting concerned and gave the shop a call to check on the car. This is when they tell us there had been an accident, and that one of their mechanics crashed my car. Not knowing the extent of the damage, we went over to the shop to see for ourselves. They told us the incident happened when the mechanic was working on the brakes and the car rolled forward into a tool box, knocking off the front bumper and smashing a headlight. Now if this is the true story we will never know..They had already ordered a replacement headlight and attached the bumper and told us they would not charge for the 1000 dollars in services we had already got done. If my car’s condition would’ve been any worse, we would have missed our scheduled move from Texas to Pennsylvania. Although this was not the case, we were anxious driving the vehicle such a distance not knowing if anything else was damaged, and not knowing if they actually completed the tune up services we asked for originally. One of these services was new wiper blades. They either didn’t change them at all, or put on used wipers, because only 2 months later the wipers do not work properly. Although their customer service in the beginning was great, and accidents happen, I feel this could’ve been avoided. I also don’t have faith that original services were done, which they “wrote off” or “gifted” to try and make things right. Maybe this was just a one time mistake, but I would definitely not recommend.
