I took my car into B&B Automotive due to a Brake light coming on. Even though I had not experienced anything unusual with braking, I knew the light indicated a problem and wanted the team at B&B Automotive to assess the issue. B&B was very professional, taking a day or so to assess the vehicle and identify the primary issue (brake fluid leaking from the main brake drum), but also identified several other smaller items that I might want to consider addressing. B&B went over all of the issues, prices on each, and allowed me as the customer to choose what to address. They fixed the brakes and a couple of other issues I wanted done, and my car was ready within less than a week from taking it in. All in all I was very please with my overall experience, B&B professionalism and expertise, and would definitely take my vehicle back in the future. I would highly recommend you consider them if you are looking for an honest, local, and experienced shop for your vehicle.

Highly recommend B&B. I had some neglected maintenance on my 2014 Lexus RX 35 (125,000 miles) along with a CV boot and assy that needed replacing, so this was no oil change. Price was fair, communication and integrity top notch and even used genuine Lexus parts without my asking. Gary, George and all the techs are great. There is a reason they have stayed in business over 30 years.

When I first heard the roar in my minivan, I thought it was the tires. I drove right over to B&B, and thankfully, Kenny was not busy. He immediately hopped in to drive the vehicle in order to listen himself. He heard the roar and thought perhaps it was bearings and was willing to look at it right away. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a little more expensive in that it was the belt tensioner, so the serpentine belt had to be replaced as well. However, the guys at B&B didn't hesitate to help out, diagnose the problem and repair it. It might have been costly, but I know the work was done well and there is a guarantee/warranty that will protect me if I should have any more problems. B&B is the automotive place to trust!

I am new in town and recently had an issue with my minivan. I asked several people their recommendations for an honest auto mechanic, and B&B was a name that kept coming up repeatedly. Gary was able to see me right away and within only a few hours he had diagnosed and fixed the problem. In addition, he conducted an thorough inspection of my vehicle and provided me with a detailed report. A few extra issues were uncovered by the inspection, but Gary put no pressure on me to have them fixed right away. His price was very reasonable, and I was really impressed with his friendliness and with the time he took to explain the issues with my van in understandable language. I will definitely be taking all my vehicles to B&B for service in the foreseeable future.

I'm always skeptical about taking vehicles to shops, but in this case it was very informative and positive! They have done things which I have never seen shops do before, and that is give you a, online portal-based synopsis of issues diagnosed on your car, even with pictures of the issues! Gary, the owner, was very upfront about his charges and work preformed, so although it was a bit pricey to fix my car, I respected the communication given to me. All in all, I would definitely take it back again (if I couldn't fix it myself). Side note: I even got a little gift basket!
