They will overcharge you. I was given an estimate for an ac compressor replacement. It seemed high. It was. I got the same repair done plus my leaky water pump replace for the same price at the Ford dealer.

Best customer service in town. They have worked with me on multiple, difficult to diagnose problems, even those that my car dealer could not diagnose. Thank you Matt, Clay, Gary, and George.

Moved to BCS Oct '18 and needed a repair within a few days. Took The Ghost somewhere else and was so disappointed. Searched again on Google, found incredible reviews for B&B and took The Ghost the next day after the disappointing "repair job" and poor customer service at the other place. 180° difference, felt safe when pulling outta B&B driveway, unlike the other location, and customer service beyond reproach. I've been back at least 6 times in past 19 months just because the quality work, the cost, and incredible care they provide to every client. I broke down on the other side of Austin. Debated whether to have a repair shop there work on The Ghost. Nope, had The Ghost towed 124 miles to B&B becuz needed someone I could trust. I keep hoping The Ghost would just disappear, it's decrepit, 17 years old, has nearly anything and everything wrong with it, but the engine is in great shape and has only 141K miles on it, so B&B doesn't judge, just does the work The Ghost needs to keep me going safely. Couldn't ask for more from the crew, George, Gary and all at the shop.

As a young woman in college, I often feel uneasy about searching out auto services, considering the many times I have been overcharged and taken advantage of for my minimal car knowledge. But after my stellar experience, I absolutely recommend B&B to my friends. I had an older car and I had to get my front headlight fixed, which required an auto specialist, as my bumper had to be taken completely off which required special tools. I tried to do it on my my own, but I didn't have the right tools and I am confident that I could've easily caused more damage. I called several places and asked for quotes before I made an appointment with B&B. They gave me a quote for the parts and the labor, and ended up charging me LESS than originally quoted because the job didn't take the full hour of labor. The crew was very nice and polite. They offered to give me a ride and even left a goody basket waiting for me in the front seat of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend!

Gary was the nicest and most accommodating service manager I have ever dealt with. He had plenty of opportunities to get irritated with me, but he was friendly and professional throughout all of it.
