A place I can go and they are honest with me, they don't push tons of unnecessary work, but recommend stuff that's best. They are also super friendly and got my car done very quickly. Most places I go automatically assume I know nothing about anything because I'm female, but not here. I will definitely be taking my car here from now on

Overpriced. They wanted to charge me $1500 to replace radiator and recharge ac went to Brazos valley automotive and saved over $900. That's a big difference for a single mom.

Wow I agree $900 is a lot of money. It is always hard to compare charges not knowing if what was performed at another shop. The 1407.31 was for a radiator and hoses, recharge the AC, power flush the block, and replace the thermostat. The parts and fluids alone are over the $500. We strive to give the best service at a competitive price and some how I feel like something was missed here. I would be happy to review the other shops repair order with you and see if we can figure out the differences. We value our customers and our 33 year reputation and I am sorry we somehow let you down.

The starter was going on my 2000 4Runner. The Toyota dealer in Bryan wanted over $800 to fix it, after charging me TWICE to run the SAME diagnostic two times in one month to diagnose the same problem ($89 x 2). I've always had Toyota do my repairs for 18 years, but for the first time ever I felt like I was being taken advantage of by a Toyota dealership (other Toyota dealerships in other states have never charged to run a diagnostic on my vehicles). B&B replaced my starter for just under $400 (less than half of what Toyota was going to charge). I wasn't going to post a review, but after reading other negative reviews about their prices, I decided to post my positive experience. Thanks for the help B&B. My oldest dog has health issues and saving $400 on that repair last month helped a lot!

All I can say is that I am very appreciative with this business. Took care of us up until the last detail on my husbands truck. Very professional, understanding and a business that will go above and beyond to help their customers which I will forever be grateful. God bless!
