I saw all the reviews on Google about this shop and seemed to be a great place to go. Customer service is great but after waiting two days to have my car looked at I was very disappointed in being charged almost $500 for a remanufactured steering pump, when they are $300-$400 max brand new. Took my business else where.

To ensure that we are on the same page, the remanufactured Toyota power steering pump that we quoted was priced at $441.23 and was quoted due to a new Toyota pump, which I understand you had requested, being discontinued and therefore unavailable due to the age of the vehicle. We did not charge you for the pump as the quoted work was declined. While we know that there are many online vendors that offer budget-friendly parts, we have found that most online vendors are difficult to work with in the event that the part should fail or be defective. This typically results in having to purchase the part twice, making the total cost of the parts more than the part we originally sourced for our customers. We offer a 3 year/36,000 mile parts & labor warranty when using parts that we recommend to our customers. We would want nothing less than this added peace of mind for you. We hope that you will reconsider your decision to go elsewhere in the future. If you should ever decide to try us again, please ask for the service manager when you come in.
