The holiday season is almost upon us and with it will come plenty of out-of-town trips to visit the relatives. If you have noticed your brakes vibrating, grinding, or squealing when you come to a stop or if you are no longer receiving a firm response when the brake pedal is tapped, it could be time to bring your vehicle in to your nearest auto service center for a quick brake repair checkup before you hit the road for holiday travel. The last thing you want to do on the way to Grandma’s is break down. It is usually a good idea to have your brakes checked about every six months, even if you do not think there is a problem.
