The manager was so nice and talked with me on the phone for a while about my issues. Very empathetic. They checked the electrical components of my car to ensure I didn’t need anything besides a new battery. I dropped it off Friday and they had it done Monday. They send you an electronic copy of the issues they find with your car and you can easily approve or not approve the things they suggest you get done. They include pictures and details. Very nice staff and my battery was replaced and is working well. Will go here again for repairs that I do not need to go to the dealership for. (I have a Hyundai Elantra.)

People are friendly but a little steep on pricing. Quickly got my car in though.

I recently purchased a 2014 RAM that, three months later, started having transmission issues. I brought it to B&B Auto because I've had cars serviced there in the past. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue after the RAM dealership could not. Russ worked with the extended warranty company to get the transmission replaced and kept me in the loop, even when he didn't have any news. There are a lot of auto shops in the Bryan/College Station area (and I mean A LOT) but B&B Auto is truly a hidden gem. Are they the cheapest auto shop in town? No, but everyone that works here is top-notch and cares about their customers. I will never take my truck anywhere else.

I am new to the area and needed both rear wheel bearings replaced in my SUV. Not only did B&B get me in quickly to diagnose the problem, they were able to service my car and get it back to me the same day. A little pricier than some of the other shops around, but that’s not a deal breaker. Very friendly shop - great service all around. Thank you!

Pricing was upfront and fair. Work was fast and as expected. Make an appointment because they are busy (due to providing great service).

Thoroughly explained the repair needed, time it would take and cost. Very reasonable for this area! Professional and friendly. Also did thorough check of fluids and made service recommendations. Finally found *my* auto repair shop 😊
