Very friendly, honest service! Would recommend to anyone.

I love taking my vehicle here because they are super friendly and will not lie to you about what needs to be done, unlike my experience with other business that say they refill the coolant, windshield wiper fluid etc… but when I look under the hood they did not fill anything. They are also very good at explaining why certain items need to be replaced on the vehicle and the function. Plus they leave little goodie bags in your vehicle and return the inside of my vehicle cleaner to me then when I dropped it off.

Absolutely stellar service! The owner takes pride in his shop and helped us every step along the way while getting our tire fixed. They also have a great little system set up where after they've done a diagnostic and figure out what the problem is with your car, they send you a link to a diagnostic report with detailed pictures that highlight exactly what the issue is. It was great! Such a nice change after the fiasco Discount Tire put us through. Great service, keep it up guys!

I am the type of person to be very picky about who can fix my car. I googled this place and saw a few reviews on their services. I called B&B automotive and spoke to them a little bit about problems I was having with my car. They told me to bring it by and they would diagnose those problems first thing in the morning. Now usually some automotive companies can be a little pushy or monotone on the phone, no B&B helped me right away, gave me a few options and they communicated to me with a positive attitude! I got to the shop and they helped me right away! The mechanics were fast and honest! The mechanics went above and beyond on checking my car! They told me what was wrong and gave me a few options regarding my vehicle while giving me estimated prices for each. (Realistic Honest & Affordable Prices) I was ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED! He then asked me if I needed a ride home since the repair may take a while, I said yes and they pulled up right away with their company truck! Super friendly staff and they absolutely care about your vehicle/baby!! I will NOT go anywhere else in college station, B&B Automotive is my go to for my car services from now on! B&B Automotive always provides excellent service at reasonable prices. I do as much repair as possible on my vehicles, but when I get stuck and cannot do the work, B&B is there to help.

Engine cutting out with check engine light appearing My vehicle hadn't run properly since last November when I had it (supposedly) tuned up at a dealership. I had at that time ordered a new wiring harness. When I took it to B and B, they discovered that the adapter on the number one plug had not been seated properly and the adapter along with the spark plug was damaged. They replaced both and my vehicle runs great. I had told them when I brought the vehicle in that I suspected that an injector might be damaged. They checked the injector and assured me that it was fine. They also checked for a water leak I complained about and discovered it was not the AC unit as I had imagined but a leaky seal around the rear window. The vehicle was only there a short time yet when I picked it up they had even cleaned it for me. Great job and great service and the charges were very reasonable. The service and expertise at B and B are excellent.

I drive from Houston to Bryan for service and future repairs because B&B is honest. They have done good work at a fair price for me in the past, when I lived in College Station. Unless you want to take your chances with Big City Houston mechanics, I suggest I country drive to Bryan, TX and have B&B take care of your vehicle.
