Everyone I talked to in person and over the phone were very friendly and seemed like they genuinely wanted to help. With this being said, when I got my truck back there was white dog hair and a dog bone in the backseat. I do not own a dog. Additionally, in the bed of my truck there were french fries and it took them three days to get my truck back to me and I was never updated on any delays in repair or when it was ready to be picked up. Lastly, their diagnosis fee is crazy high; $150 before repair—I should’ve just taken my truck to a Ford dealership instead. Given the amount of positive reviews, I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and even more disappointed that there was an animal in my car that I didn’t know about.
Blake, I apologize that you had anything less than a 5 star experience at our shop. Providing our customers with the highest level of service and professionalism is our main focus at B&B Automotive and if we failed you with communication or how your vehicle was treated while it was in our possesion, we obviously need to have a team meeting and learn from this and ensure it does not happen again. Please give me a call at your convenience to discuss some of the details of your experience with us and what we can do to make it right. Thank you.
