Fast, friendly, knowledgeable repairs and service. Cost and repair time estimates are explained and accurate. B&B has solved problems with my 2003 RAM that a dealer and another repair shop haven't been able to diagnose and fix.

My vehicle was undrivsble and they were able to advise me on the best way to get it to them. After they received it they performed a thorough inspection very quickly. They diagnosed what the major problem was and found other issues which they ranked in terms of what needed to be done now and what could wait. They performed the repairs I asked for very quickly. I have used B&B several times in the past and always found them to be conscientious about their work. They are eager to do the job right.

Skeptical at first but man was I wrong. As soon as my arrival they welcomed me with warm greetings and were not pushy at all. They do have techs that specializes on AUDI vehicles and did a excellent job on mine. Took pictures and even a video of what their findings were. Very impressed with them. Will be taking my Audi here moving forward.
