Russ and the other managers are very personable and make the repair discussions very clear. They don't push unnecessary repairs, but rather show you what's going on, and how much of a priority it is. Their online system is also super handy and brings a lot of clarity for the customer.

B&B was completely upfront and honest about everything with my wife’s car. They were willing to go above and beyond to help us. Even when we were limited on a vehicle because it was in their shop, they offered to help us on transportation. Though our vehicle did not have the end result I had hoped, it was not their fault. They even helped us make decisions going forward of what to do next with the vehicle. Simply first class.

These guys are great! I really appreciate how they don't try to convince me of repairs I don't need and help to explain how important different maintenance items are - which is a really helpful service to me.

Great team and communication! I took my truck in for routine maintenance on a Tuesday morning for a thorough inspection to see if anything needed to be fixed/addressed. They sent a text with a full online breakdown of things that were recommended at the truck’s mileage along with their professional recommendations. Shortly after, we chatted on the phone and agreed to what work needed to be done. I was able to pick up my truck on Wednesday afternoon which was quick. Overall I was very happy with their team communication and work; I never leave reviews but these guys deserve a great one. I’ll be using B&B auto again for sure

They are all very polite and very quick. They made sure I was included in every aspect of the fix and worked faster than any shop I have ever been to. They offer 3 year warranty. The only downfall which is why I did 4 stars is the amount they charge for labor. They are good at what they do for sure but the price is a little high on the labor part. I quoted another shop that was 300 less than them and just as good. But overall would still recommend them to anyone, surely if you need some work done very quickly.

As is common in a college town, we needed urgent repair service on our student's truck but had no experience with auto service providers in the area. WOW! These guys delivered. Very communicative with text updates, extremely fast turnaround, professional conversations and prices exceeded expectations. Very impressed with the entire service level, start to finish. We may consider driving from the Houston area for this level of service next time our vehicles need some attention. Way to go B&B! Thanks for getting our guy mobile again. Highly recommend.
