I gave this business 2 stars because it was upfront about the cost of their diagnostics. Other than that, their pricing is for people that don't know any better. I feel stupid for paying for the diagnostics themselves, but I had high hopes for this business because they were recommended by someone i trusted. I didn't agree to their estimate, and when I came to the lot, the receptionist guy said he wasn't sure where on the lot my car was. I could see it from the front and had to walk to the back IN A WORK AREA to retrieve my own car. Waste of my time really! Update: I found a place in College Station that charged 30% of what B&B wanted to charge.

We do understand that the cost of diagnostics can vary greatly based on what type of diagnostic is being performed, the tools needed for testing and the skill level of each technician. We're glad to hear that the cost of the testing was clearly communicated before you dropped the vehicle off with us. We also understand the the cost of specific repairs can also vary based on shop-to-shop labor rates, the quality of parts used and the warranty each shop offers; ours being a 3 year / 36,000 mile parts and labor warranty. I apologize that you're vehicle was not brought to the front for you upon pick-up. Our front desk personnel are trained to offer this when the vehicle is not in the completed repair parking lot. While we do have a pretty large parking area, the largest being in the back, we would never allow a customer to walk into our garage as this would be a violation of our shop insurance coverage and risk to the overall safety of our customers and employees.
